Delete Your Teacher Sharon English Account
You can request deletion of your Teacher Sharon English account and associated personal data at any time.
How to delete your account
If you can sign in to the Teacher Sharon English app, use the Delete Account option available within your account settings.
If you cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by email.

Please send the request from the email address linked to your Teacher Sharon English account so we can identify the correct account.
What happens after you request deletion
Once we receive your deletion request:
- Your account will enter a 30-day grace period.
- During this time, you may contact us if you change your mind.
- After the grace period, your account and associated personal information will be deleted, except for limited information we may be required to retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Data that may be deleted
Account deletion may include:
- Your name and email address
- Profile and account information
- Speaking practice history
- Saved transcripts
- Scores, levels and feedback
- Spoken-answer recordings
- Topic and practice selections
- Other personal information linked to your account
Audio recordings are also subject to our normal retention policy.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information where necessary for:
- Legal or accounting obligations
- Payment and transaction records
- Fraud prevention and security
- Resolving disputes
- Enforcing agreements
Where possible, retained information will be anonymised or separated from your active account information.
